Salish Seafoods sells shellstock, singles and shucked meats throughout the United States and China.It operates out of a six acre of waterfront property on the western shore of Harstine Island in South Puget Sound. It also grows oysters on 41 acres of tidelands on pristine Squaxin Island which is unihabited tribal reservation land. In 2002, the company has won the honor of “Most Beautified Oyster” from the Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association.
